Euroopan keskuspankki (EKP) ja niiden jäsenvaltioiden kansalliset keskuspankit, jotka ovat ottaneet euron käyttöön talous- ja rahaliiton (EMU) kolmannessa vaiheessa (ks. myös euroalue). Eurojärjestelmässä on tällä hetkellä 12 kansallista keskuspankkia. Eurojärjestelmää johtavat EKP:n neuvosto ja johtokunta.
